- AFAIK there is *NO* DISCRETE UART in a 4000, it is part of the Amiga Chipset.

- Why do you think you cannot go above 19.2? It is perfectly capable >19.2k
- Do not be confused by preferences, it is not valid with what you are trying
- to do. Spend more time with the hardware.
